01 Who we are
This website is operated by Q.T. Quant Global Solutions LTD (registration number HE491080), a company registered in Cyprus with offices at Nissi, 68 Agia Napa, Famagusta, 5330, Cyprus. We trade under the name TradoPay.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Q.T. Quant Global Solutions LTD is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@tradopay.com.
02 What we collect
When you visit the public site or contact us through the sales form, we collect a small amount of personal data:
Information you give us
- Name, work email, and company name — submitted through the contact form.
- Indicative monthly volume and product interest — so sales can scope a relevant first reply.
- Anything you write in the optional message field.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server-log data: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps.
- Aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits (no cross-site tracking).
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, biometric, political, etc.) through this website.
03 Why we use it
- To reply to your sales enquiry and follow up about onboarding.
- To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
- To detect, prevent and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
04 Legal basis
We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 GDPR:
- Legitimate interests — responding to a B2B sales enquiry, securing the site, and basic analytics.
- Consent — for any non-essential cookies or marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by applicable law.
05 Sharing & processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- A small number of vetted service providers acting as data processors — for example, our email infrastructure, CRM, and website hosting. Each is bound by a written processing agreement.
- Affiliates within the Quant Technology Group, where strictly necessary to handle your enquiry.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
06 Retention
Sales-enquiry data is kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up commercial relationship, and after that for a limited period to meet record-keeping obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
07 Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data.
- Ask us to erase your data, where applicable.
- Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tradopay.com. We respond within one calendar month.
08 Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Any analytics or preference cookies are loaded only with your consent. You can review or change your choices at any time from the cookie banner.
09 Contact & complaints
Questions, requests, or complaints about this policy can be sent to privacy@tradopay.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, or with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
